End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Photomatic for the use of the Photomatic application and its software.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and your subscription, Photomatic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application for your personal or business creative work.
2. License Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or lease any part of the application.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models, except where permitted by law.
3. AI-Generated Content
Outputs generated using third-party AI models accessed through Photomatic may be subject to the terms of those model providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate.
4. Intellectual Property
The application, including its design, code, and trademarks, remains the property of Photomatic. This EULA does not grant you any ownership of the software itself.
5. Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the application. This EULA applies to all such updates unless a separate agreement is provided.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the application.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Photomatic does not warrant that the application will meet your requirements or be error-free.
